• Her responsibilities include mentorship and equipping leaders within the network — helping to sustain apostolic covering, prophetic insight, and raising up leaders across affiliated ministries. 

• Apostle Dawn also serves as Dean of the TCOR Bible Institute, the educational arm associated with TCOR.

• She oversees doctrinal/training programs through TCOR Bible Institute — ensuring doctrinal integrity, facilitating teaching/training, and possibly credentialing leaders.

• Her prophetic insight and discernment contribute to vision, direction, and spiritual oversight of ministries under TCOR.

• She helps  maintain apostolic-prophetic balance in the network: blending apostolic authority (governance, order, strategy) with prophetic impartation (vision, revelation, intercession).
