TCOR is led under the apostolic leadership of Apostle David and Apostle Wanda Wilkerson, who serve as spiritual covering and mentors to leaders worldwide. Their vision is to raise, equip, and release reformers who embody biblical integrity, walk in prophetic accuracy, and advance the Kingdom with wisdom and power.

These values guide our ministry expression, leadership model, and covenant relationships:

We believe in submitting to the Lordship of Christ and the governmental structure of the Kingdom. Alignment produces authority, identity, and proper function.

2. Apostolic Order

We honor the fivefold ministry (Ephesians 4:11) and believe every believer and church must be properly positioned and activated to fulfill their assignment.

3. Prophetic Integrity

We value the voice of God and believe in prophetic ministry that is pure, tested, and submitted to sound doctrine and leadership.

The mandate of TCOR is clear: to reform the Church, restore the fivefold ministry, and release mature sons and daughters into their God-ordained purpose and Kingdom assignments. We are called to be a prophetic voice and apostolic movement that:

  • Restores divine order to the Body of Christ

  • Raises up apostles, prophets, and fivefold leaders

  • Heals, delivers, and equips the saints

  • Releases Kingdom leaders into every sphere of influence

  • Covers and aligns churches, ministries, and reformers globally

We are a governing house and apostolic-prophetic network mobilized by heaven to advance the government of God in the earth.
